Re:find uses content to stand out from the crowd

DG gave re:find a website that made them look different to other recruitment companies and delivered the company’s core values

The DG team created a  website that is both striking in design and easy-to-use. The content re:find wants to be known for is front and centre across service pages and the knowledge hub. The sense that the team is both knowledgeable and friendly comes across throughout the site and the re:find team is able to manage the site through an easy-to-manage back end.

Challenge

Re:find approached Digital Glue to develop a new website which achieved three key goals:

1. Reflect their mission to be the most helpful search firm on the market 
2. Stand out from other recruitment agents
3. Improve on the already strong SEO performance of the site

To achieve this, they needed a website which looked striking but which appealed to their blue chip client base, and which placed useful content at the heart of the site. The site needed to look different to other recruitment companies and reflect the values of the team and the business overall. 

Response

1. Website Design: Utilising the existing brand identity, but adopting a fresh approach to its execution, Digital Glue developed a minimalistic and striking design. We chose a clean and simple colour palette and there was an emphasis on providing information as clearly and simply as possible. 
2. User Experience (UX): DG developed a central hub for content which allows re:find to showcase their latest insights, events and information as well as evergreen and useful content such as their selection of whitepapers.
